PROGRAM BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Enrollment: Enrollment in the martial arts program is confirmed upon receipt of the full program fee. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Payment: For programs that require payment upon booking, the total program fee is due upon booking. Payment can be made via valid credit card. Failure to complete payment may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot in the program. Special accommodation requests can be requested via email to info@absolutebjj.ca

Refunds and Cancellations:
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is made by email to info@absolutebjj.ca no later than 5 business days prior to the start date. A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Program Schedule: Available online and under your GymDesk account. The Provider reserves the right to make necessary schedule adjustments and will notify participants in advance of any changes.

Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Provider. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions from instructors may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Health and Safety:
- Participants or their guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact participation in the program.
- The Provider will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment during classes but will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the program.

Uniforms and Equipment: Participants may be required to wear specific uniforms or use designated equipment during classes. Details regarding required attire or equipment will be provided by the Provider.

Photography and Media Release: By enrolling in the program, participants or their guardians consent to the use of photographs, videos, or likenesses taken during the program for promotional purposes by the Provider.

Changes to Terms: The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes made.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
By enrolling in the martial arts program, participants or their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these booking terms and conditions.
