What Happens Next

• 1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your program and session details.
• 2. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class.
• 3. A member of our team will be reaching out shortly to welcome you, answer any questions, and help you prepare for your first session.

Membership After Your 6-Week Program

As part of your enrollment, your membership will automatically continue as a One-Session-Per-Week Membership after the completion of your Women’s-Only 6-Week Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program.

If you do not wish to continue training after the program, or would prefer to change to a different membership option, please notify us before the end of your six-week program by:
